Before sunrise in Luang Prabang, I climb the steps to Phou Si Temple. The evening spot lights are often still shining as I reach the top where I collect the insects that have fallen prey to their attraction to the fatal lights. These Butterfly Wings and ‚ Gekkos and Beetles are preserved treasures of nature.
